We would be happy to organize a guided tour for you – preparation time approx. 30-45 minutes.

1 – 10 persons open*: € 105,-
*Open: Persons may join – the minimum charge for 1 – 10 persons is € 105,-; from the 11th person € 10,50 per person will be charged.

Entertaining facts about the history of our 300-year-old Episcopal Wine Cellar, about the land and its people and, of course, about our wines from the episcopal vineyards in the Sausal.

Combined ticket:
From the end of May to October, we offer a combined ticket every Saturday for a guided tour of the castle followed by a wine tasting. The castle tour starts at 2 pm. This is followed by the wine tasting at 3:30 pm in the Episcopal Wine Cellar with 3 wine samples.

These regular guided tours are only held in German!
FULL MOON CASTLE TOUR
Romantic walk & castle tour at FULL MOON with LATERNS and viewing of the Glockenwiese (bell meadow).

ON THE WINE TRAIL
Wine walk through the castle with three wine tastings. Learn about Romans and the obligation to a kiss, Noah and the first vineyard, Phylloxera and America, grape varieties and Archduke Johann, the Archangel Michael and the vision of living in peace.

Complete your stay at Seggau Castle with a pumpkin seed oil egg dish and/or a soup in our Episcopal wine cellar. To round off your trip, we recommend, for example, a visit to a Buschenschank, the Ottersbach Christmas exhibition, the Graz Advent market or the Advent exhibition in the Graz Diocesan Museum.
