The tour covers the Styrian bishop’s castle, including the baroque Castle Chapel, the St. Michael Chapel, the "Seggauer Liesl" bell, the lapidarium, and the princely chambers with the bishop’s gallery (closed at the moment). You should plan on a tour lasting about an hour. Please provide a binding number of participants by 8:30 A.M.
During May and October you may join a guided castle tour every Saturday at 2 p.m. and every Sunday and on public holidays at 11 a.m.
Non-guided tours and admission to the wine cellar are free of charge. No admission to the chappel during service, weddings, etc.
Our wine cellar, which is over 300 years old, is accessible to the public during normal opening hours—except while tours are being given and during other special events.
