TERMS OF DELIVERY/TERMS OF BUSINESS

Price:

• Direct from the vineyard, prices in Euros, tax included, as of March 2007, valid until further notice or until a new price list is published.
• Our prices are calculated ex SEGGAU CASTLE - including all taxes as well as glass and packaging materials.
• Should you desire to pick up at least 100 bottles at the vineyard, we would be happy to give you a 10% discount.
• For our 1-litre bottles, we assess a bottle deposit of € 0.30.

Terms of delivery:

• Ex SEGGAU CASTLE any quantities.
• When delivered, minimum order quantity is 6 bottles – also assorted.
• All transport costs are borne by the recipient.
• Delivery as agreed.

Payment:

• On location in cash, by maestro ATM card or by credit card. Payment on delivery strictly cash. Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt without discount. Money transfers are to be free of costs for the beneficiary.
• The goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
