  ALL-DAY seminar:

• Lunch buffet 
• Seminar room according to the number of participants
• 2 coffee breaks with coffee / tea, apple juice and orange juice, mineral water and tap water, cake and apples

       Price per person: € 34,--

  HALF-DAY seminar:

• Lunch or dinner buffet
• Seminar room according to the number of participants
• 1 coffee break with coffee / tea, apple juice and orange juice, mineral water and tap water, cake and apples

       Price per person: € 26,--    

Additional price:
     - Congress hall:  30 - 60 participants                 + € 8,--/person
     - Styria hall:       20 - 30 participants                 + € 6,--/person
     - Other rooms:    Groups below 10 participants   + € 4,--/person

You get a reduction from € 3,--/person by more than 100 participants.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Rooms may be occupied beginning at 1:00 P.M. daily. On your day of departure, we ask that you quit the room by 10:00 A.M.
We accept payment in cash as well as by MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Maestro bank cards.
We ask that you cancel your arrangement as timely a fashion as possible.

Our cancellation conditions:
If you cancel the total event/convention/group applies the cancellation condition in our confirmation of reservation.
For cancellation the rooms applies following conditions:
   - up to 4 weeks before day of arrival:           free;
   - 4 weeks to 1 day before day of arrival:      50% from booking sales;
   - day of arrival or by non-appearance:         100% from booking sales.
The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulation applies over and above that.
